2,650 Miles Restored and Modified, 427ci LS V8, 5-Speed Manual
This is a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro, finished in Mahle Blue with a black interior.

The factory-fitted drivetrain has been replaced by a 427-cubic-inch LS V8 and a TREMEC TKO-600 5-speed manual transmission.
A partial list of notable currently installed equipment includes a computer-controlled engine management system, Ridetech Suspension tubular front control arms, Wilwood Engineering power brakes, Detroit Speed power-operated headlight covers, and leather upholstery.

The first-generation Camaro made its debut in late 1966 to compete head-to-head against the Ford Mustang. Chevrolet sold about 220,000 units of the Camaro during the model’s first year on the market, and this success encouraged the brand to quickly expand the range with convertible and high-power variants. The original Camaro retired in 1969, but the nameplate lived on until the 2024 model year.
Power comes from a 427-cubic-inch V8, rated at about 443 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque at the wheels, according to a dyno sheet pictured in the gallery. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
